The movie, "Interstellar" not only teaches us about space and introduces us to time travel, it also shows us how important a father and daughter relationship is. Right after leaving the classroom after watching this movie I immediately called my dad and told him to watch this movie. I didn't think too deeply about why I called him and wanted him to watch it, but after having class discussions about the movie I realized I had a personal connection with it and I believe he, along with everyone else deserves to watch this movie and feel the way I did. I never really cry when I watch movies, but this movie made me bawl. I loved how he became reunited with his daughter at the end, even though he looked younger than she did. The beginning of the movie made us believe that this family was average and ordinary, but we later found out Murph was the one who uncovered space travel. 

 

  In ready player one, the OASIS is an escape from reality for Wade and his friends. They used the OASIS to be someone they aren’t. It was made very clear that the characters in the OASIS should not give out any personal information, so when beginning this project I thought it would be hard to receive information about our interviewee. Unlike ready player one, It was a lot easier than I expected, and Pablo was very open to telling us personal information. He explained that he usually plays after he eats dinner and has a group of consistent Xbox friends with whom he plays. He has never met any of them in real life though, they are all just friends through Xbox live.  I found it cool that they all call each other their friends even though they have never seen or met one another in person, just like Wade when he called H his best friend. My f avorite fashion designer is Betsey Johnson n ot only are her designs extremely creative and unique, they are also affordable. Unlike many designers, average people can actually buy her designs. Ever since I was little I always used to love her shoes and bags. I used to be obsessed with glitter and sparkles, and she incorporates a lot of that in her work. She also made very cute and unique bags such as a bag shaped like a basketball, and an alcohol bottle, and she is most known for her bags shaped like a telephone. As a child, I was amazed at how a bag can be shaped like other things but still do the same things as an average bag. She took a major step as a designer and made sure all of her designs were extreme and over the top. She even does a cartwheel into a split after every fashion show. Betsy was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000 and is now in remission. Growing up she used to dance a lot, making her fall in love with costumes. She took the costumes aspect and realized she
